With a resume like this, who could doubt that Candace Parker is ready for the WNBA. But she will still need to raise her game especially on defense. The W is different caliber and it will be interesting to watch Parker live up to the expectation.
As the number 1 draft pick, Parker will more than likely go the L.A. But there has been some talk that L.A. may consider a trade for the right offer. Chicago is certainly interested in acquiring the Illinois native and have put Candice Dupree and the 2nd round draft pick on the table.
